There are many ways to give back to the Y. Join any one or many of our giving campaigns.

2012 Strong Kids Campaign

This annual campaign supports children, their families and older adults by providing financial assistance, program subsidies and community outreach. The Meadowlands Area YMCA follows the same four core values, which are a part of every program that the YMCA offers - Caring, Honesty, Respect, and Responsibility.

Corporate Matching Gifts Program

Nationally, more than 1,000 corporations have charitable giving policies which include matching gifts their employees make to charities with company dollars. Matching gifts policies vary from company to company.  Some match only the gifts of full-time employees.  In others, part-timers and/or retirees are eligible as well.  Most match gifts dollar for dollar; some match two-for-one.  Some require that the employee be involved in a volunteer capacity with the charity. 

President’s Club

A group of prominent community leaders, philanthropists, and staff, who are highly committed to the values of the YMCA. Its members include those individuals who donate $1,000 and above to the YMCA Annual “Strong Kids” Campaign.

 Heritage Club

Members include those who have made a gift of $5,000 or more to the Endowment Fund or have included The Meadowlands YMCA in their estate plans.

 ZUMBATHON FOR A CAUSE

Our Zumbathon is a non-stop marathon of Zumba fitness which will raise funds for our Strong Kids Campaign. Pledges can be made to sponsor a participant. Come Support the Meadowlands Area YMCA in our effort to supply quality programs to our community!
