Three Week Session: 7/8-7/26      9:00am-12:00pm        Monday-Friday Ages: 5-11

All campers will have the opportunity to learn different aspects of musical theatre: Dancing, Acting and Singing! This show will feature all of our campers displaying the skills they’ve learned throughout camp! Musical Theatre Camp focuses on developing skills and bringing out the talents of our campers. Everyone will have a singing and acting part if they would like! Camp will culminate in a performance for family and friends on the final day of camp on 7/26/13. Please dress in comfortable clothing to dance, act and sing! Sneakers are a must. Also bring a bottle of water! We are going to have a blast!

When Dorothy’s house squashes the Wicked Witch of the East, she and her dog Toto set out on the adventure that has charmed millions. With her friends, Scarecrow, Cowardly Lion and Tin Woodsman, this remarkable journey takes them to the great Oz... who will only grant their wishes if they rid the world of the Wicked Witch of the West. This simplified version of our ever-popular two act adaptation has much of the same action and charm that has made Oz so popular!

Calling all performers who would love to be in a musical! The Meadowlands YMCA is putting on their first Musical Production: "The Magical Land Of Oz".

All campers will have the opportunity to participate in this one act show with lots of dancing, acting and singing! All will have a part, but auditions for parts will take place during the first 2 days of camp. Camp will culminate in a 60 minute performance for family and friends on the final day of camp. Please dress in comfortable clothing to dance, act and sing! Sneakers are a MUST. Also bring a bottle of water!

Older students can join in the fun by becoming Science Apprentices. Although the concepts being taught are things you probably already know, you still get to have fun, fully participating as you help the campers with their experiments. This opportunity is limited to only a few lucky apprentices, so sign up now!
